As always, I enjoy all the people I meet as I teach CPR and First Aid classes around town. This was no different of an experience. The atmosphere of Advanced Hearing Solutions was so warm and welcoming! We got the mannikins all set up and we were ready to start our fun filled class! It was such a bonus to have Dr. Gnewikow’s 12-year-old daughter in class to learn CPR and First Aid skills to empower her to be the safest babysitter in Mt. Juliet! We had a great time learning and practicing the newly updated Guidelines of the American Heart Association. Under the new guidelines, we perform 30 compressions first followed by 2 breaths. Everyone was an expert CPR rescuer by the end of the class time!
