CPR and First Aid training is often helpful when you first take the course, but a few months later, things begin to get foggy. It’s hard to remember what’s what. We are here to help. We are committed to being your source of emergency rescue training. If you keep the CPR and First Aid skills fresh in your mind, you will be very likely to respond properly in the event of an emergency. Please always feel free to ask any questions that may pop up in your mind.
The First Aid tip of the month is: just having a first aid kit is a great start to making sure you are prepared in case of an emergency. customize it for your needs, especially if you have dangerous hobbies!
The CPR tip of the month is: the most important part of cpr is to push hard and fast on the chest. it gets blood flowing to the brain and heart. imagine a pump inside the victims chest. you need to pump the blood out of the chest and then let the heart refill.
The “Good for You” food of the month is: sauerkraut, directly translated: “sour cabbage”, is finely cut cabbage that has been fermented by various lactic acid bacteria, or probiotics, which are good for your digestive tract.
